UCMS Group Russia conducted the 2013 customer satisfaction survey.
According to the survey results, over 80% of our customers would recommend UCMS Group Russia services to their peers. Of the 82% of customers who rated service quality high, 55% said the quality of services was outstanding. Over 82% of customers highly appreciated the competences and skills of UCMS Group’s HR, accounting and payroll professionals.
The survey was conducted among customers in accordance with the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Purpose of the survey is to improve cooperation with customers on all levels and to get their opinions on the quality of the services they receive.

That’s why we conduct such satisfaction surveys on regular basis“, — said Andrey Shabanov, VP Service UCMS Group EMEA. — “The survey measures the level of relationship satisfaction of our customers, tells us how well we’re meeting their expectations and spotlights those areas where we need to focus more attention”.
