UCMS Group Russia develops a partnership with National Association of Strategic Outsourcing (ASTRA) in the field of promotion of the outsourcing industry. The agreement is aimed at a long-term cooperation to further develop the legislative framework, create a Russian-language glossary as well as encourage the adaptation of international outsourcing experiences, methodologies and best practices in Russia.
“We are glad to announce another great outsourcing professional among our partners, ” — says Sergey Makedonski, President of the Association “ASTRA”, co-chairman of IAOP Russia Chapter. — “For the past 16 years UCMS Group Russia has proved to be a reliable and experienced provider of HR, Accounting and Payroll Outsourcing. Our partnership is intended to facilitate the creation of valuable information regarding the industry, stimulate demand for business process outsourcing, as well as promote the international experience and industry standards.”
“We clearly see that the awareness of the outsourcing trends and issues is extremely small in Russia. So we need to inform Russian managers about new outsourcing tools and technologies on an ongoing basis,” — says Andrey Shabanov, VP Service UCMS Group EMEA. — “We can contribute by sharing our expertise and proven business models and processes. I am confident that our partnership will help reduce the perceived risks of outsourcing from potential customers and set forward the development of a fully-fledged outsourcing market in Russia.”
